WHO I AM
Hi, I’m Saba. I’m a PACFA-certified psychotherapist, but first and foremost I’m a fellow human who knows what it’s like to carry heavy stories and still want more from life. I love art, motorbiking, long walks birdwatching, and that feeling when a client realises, “I don’t have to do this alone.”
In our sessions we’ll use tools like CBT, mindfulness, and even a bit of creative expression, yet the real work happens in the safe space we build together, where you can exhale, speak freely, and slowly shape a life that feels like yours. Online or in-person, my goal is simple: to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for the journey you’re on.
MISSION
My mission is to offer a space where you can breathe, be heard, and begin to find your way forward , even in times of uncertainty and change.
I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself , it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been underneath the noise and the hurt.
Having walked the path of immigration myself, I understand how deeply change can touch every part of who you are, your identity, your belonging, your sense of worth.
At the heart of my work is a belief in social justice and the quiet revolution that happens when someone , especially a woman , realises she is allowed to take up space, to choose herself, and to live life on her own terms.
Through compassion, collaboration, and care, I’m here to support you in rebuilding trust with yourself, reconnecting with your inner strength, and stepping into a life that feels true to you.
