Your first session is a gentle beginning, a space where we’ll take our time to understand your story, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll create a supportive and personalised plan, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What kind of issues do you specialise in?

I specialise in helping individuals with trauma recovery, confidence building, emotional regulation, navigating life transitions, domestic violence support, and self-esteem development.
Whether you're seeking to heal deep wounds, rebuild your identity after a difficult chapter, or simply learn new coping strategies, I tailor each session to meet you where you are ~ with respect, patience, and care.

How can you help me?

I offer more than just experience, I bring deep, compassionate understanding shaped by over six years of working directly with trauma survivors in both India and Australia. I’ve supported women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence through the government’s Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) unit in India, guided callers through crisis on the Jeevan Aastha Suicide Helpline, and worked alongside NGOs to empower individuals at some of the most critical points in their lives. In Australia, I’ve helped those recently incarcerated find healing and hope through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I currently work as a family therapist with the Department of Communities and Justice in Sydney, supporting families recovering from trauma. What I offer you is a blend of evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, grounded in emotional intelligence, real-world experience, and an unwavering belief that healing is possible. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to help you find strength, clarity, and a way forward that’s truly yours.
